Client gallery replacements

shoots.page and 5 other galleries for photographers leaving Pass

shoots.page is a client gallery and photo delivery app that is free up to 2 GB or USD 9 a month for 100 GB, and your clients open the link and download with no account or app.

Pass+ galleries stop opening for clients after 31 October 2026, and Pass deletes all remaining data on 31 December 2026. For delivering finished shoots, we recommend moving to shoots.page, which gives you 2 GB free or 100 GB for USD 9 a month, takes RAW and PNG files, and never makes clients create an account. Export your Pass order history and price lists first, then download or migrate your galleries before 31 October 2026.

shoots.page

We tested shoots.page first because Pass required client accounts for downloads and only took JPEG and GIF files. On shoots.page, you sign in with Google, upload a shoot, and send one link. Clients open it with no account or app, never pay, and download what you allow.

The free plan includes 2 GB of storage (about 250 exported JPEGs at 8 MB each) with unlimited galleries and photos, all delivery features, the Classic design, and a small footer link. Pro costs USD 9/mo or USD 90/yr (EUR 8 or EUR 80 in Europe) for 100 GB, removes branding, and adds 4 designs: Heirloom, Noir, Scrapbook and Postcard. Both plans take JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, WebP and camera RAW up to 1 GiB and 100 megapixels, keeping originals byte for byte while generating 2000 px previews that don't count toward storage. You get per-gallery switches for originals, 2000 px JPEGs and RAWs, passwords, expiry dates, view and download tracking, and commission-free proofing with pick limits and optional paid extras. There is no importer or print store.

It suits photographers whose already-paid clients want to view, pick favorites and download finished files (including RAW and PNG) without an account.

Pic-Time

Pass has run on Pic-Time's technology for nearly a decade as a separate company, making Pic-Time the only automatic migration Pass offers. It's free if started before 31 October 2026, honors Pass pricing through your renewal period (a few accounts may be asked for an annual commitment), and redirects old Pass links while galleries stay live. Videos, slideshows, scenes and client contacts transfer, plus a store with over 30 labs. Order history, price lists, coupons, automations, templates and album proofing don't transfer, PNGs aren't supported, and main clients need an account.

It suits Pass users who want existing galleries, client contacts and old links moved automatically and plan to rebuild a print store.

Pixieset

Pixieset pairs galleries with a website, studio tools and a built-in store with lab fulfillment. The free plan has 3 GB of storage and a 15% commission on store sales. Paid plans remove the commission, running from Basic at $8/mo billed yearly ($10 monthly) for 10 GB to Ultimate at $40/mo billed yearly ($50 monthly) for unlimited storage. It accepts JPEG and PNG files up to 100 MB, with RAW restricted to Pro and Ultimate. Clients don't need an account, though saving favorites requires an email address, and unresized downloads require a paid plan.

It suits photographers bundling galleries, a portfolio website, studio tools and lab print fulfillment in one account.

ShootProof

ShootProof includes contracts, invoices and commission-free lab print sales on every plan. The free tier holds up to 100 photos with no video; paid plans run from $8.33/mo billed yearly ($9.99 monthly) for 20 GB on Starter to $50/mo billed yearly ($60 monthly) for unlimited photos on Premium. Uploads are strictly sRGB JPEGs up to 50 MB and 100 megapixels. Clients get your uploaded resolution without an account, but must enter an email address to favorite or download.

It suits photographers who only deliver sRGB JPEGs and want built-in contracts, invoicing and commission-free lab sales.

SendPhoto

SendPhoto focuses on file delivery with watermarks, video support and custom domains, without a print store. It accepts RAW, HEIC, TIFF, PSD and other formats up to 1 GiB per photo, with original or scaled-down downloads per gallery. Clients view, like and favorite without an account. The free plan includes 5 GB of space, capped at one gallery and 10 GB of lifetime upload credits. Paid plans run from $30/yr ($3 monthly) for 20 GB on Starter to $320/yr ($32 monthly) for 1 TB on Pro.

It suits photographers wanting a yearly delivery plan with PSD and RAW uploads, watermarks and custom domains, without print sales.

SmugMug

SmugMug combines client galleries with a portfolio website, an archive and lab-fulfilled print sales (on Portfolio and Pro). Beyond a 14-day trial, there's no free plan; paid plans run from $20/mo billed yearly ($29 monthly) on Direct to $37/mo billed yearly ($52 monthly) on Pro. Every paid plan includes unlimited JPEG storage, and clients open public, unlisted or password galleries without an account. Client favoriting requires the Pro plan, and RAW storage costs extra via the Source add-on.

It suits photographers wanting unlimited JPEG archiving and a portfolio website under one subscription.

What to move first before Pass shuts down

Export your order history, price lists and coupon codes from Pass right away, because those don't transfer even if you use the Pic-Time migration. Next, before 31 October 2026, either start the automated migration in your Pass dashboard or download your gallery archives and upload the active shoots your clients still need to shoots.page. Finally, if you aren't migrating to Pic-Time, cancel your Pass subscription under Settings, Plans and Billing so a monthly plan doesn't keep charging you between 31 October 2026 (when client galleries stop opening) and 31 December 2026 (when monthly plans auto-cancel and Pass deletes all remaining data).

FAQ

When do Pass+ galleries stop working for clients?

Unmigrated Pass+ galleries stop opening for clients after 31 October 2026. Pass permanently deletes all remaining data on 31 December 2026, and nothing can be recovered after that.

What happens to my Pass billing if I do nothing?

Yearly Pass subscriptions stopped auto-renewing on 6 August 2026 and now bill monthly at 1/12 of the annual price. Monthly plans keep charging until you migrate or cancel, auto-canceling on 31 December 2026 even though galleries stop opening after 31 October 2026.

Does the Pic-Time migration move everything from Pass?

It moves galleries, images, videos, slideshows, scene names, client contacts and permissions, and redirects old Pass links. It leaves behind order history, price lists, coupon codes, marketing automations, gallery templates, integrations and album proofing, and switches covers to Pic-Time's Classic theme.

Can I deliver RAW files on shoots.page without clients paying or signing up?

Yes. Both the free 2 GB plan and the USD 9/mo Pro plan on shoots.page accept camera RAW, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF and WebP files up to 1 GiB and 100 megapixels. Clients open your link with no account or app, never pay, and can download RAWs as full-size JPEGs or untouched files when you enable RAW downloads.
